Girls Basic 1

Girls ages 6-18 years start learning the basic of gymnastics and have a great time doing it!  This class focuses on gymnastics fundamentals…rolls, handstands, cartwheels, bridges and splits.  In addition, girls learn to balance on the beams and support themselves on the bars.  Get stronger, increase flexibility and of course, bounce, bounce, bounce on the trampolines.  You’ll never want to leave! 

Schedule – Classes are offered Monday through Saturday for your convenience.

Girls Basic 2

Already have some skills?  This may be the class for you.  Girls Basic Two skills include round-offs, bridge kick overs and handstand forward rolls.  Gymnasts learn back hip circles on the bars and jumps on the balance beam.  Trampoline and Tumbl Trak are still important (and fun!) in the Girls Basic Two class.  This class is offered for gymnasts 6-18 years old, and requires a skill evaluation before signing up.

Girls Basic 3

Athletes in the Girls Basic Three class continue learning awesome gymnastics skills…handstand flat-backs, glides, tap swings, walkovers, leaps, handsprings and so much more.  Girls Basic Three gymnasts continue to develop strength and flexibility as well.  This class is offered for gymnasts 6-18 years of age and requires a skill evaluation before starting class.

Schedule – Classes are offered Monday through Saturday for your convenience.

Girls Basic 4

Girls Basic Four gymnasts are flipping on the trampoline and learning kips and front hip circles on the bars.  Handstands, beam cartwheels, handsprings over the vault are more skills learned in this class.  Basic Four gymnasts continue to increase strength and flexibility as well.  Girls Basic  Four classes are offered for ages 6-18 and require a skill evaluation before entering the class.

Boys Basic 1

Boys 6-18 years old start learning the fundamentals of gymnastics and have a great time doing it! Boys Basic One classes focus on gymnastics basics…rolls, handstands, bridges and cartwheels. In addition, boys gain experience on the boys events of rings, parallel bars and pommel horse. Of course, boys will get stronger, more flexible and bounce, bounce, bounce on the trampoline. You’ll never want to leave!

Schedule – Boys classes are offered various times throughout the week for your convenience.

Boys Basic 2

Already have some skills? This may be the class for you. Boys Basic Two skills include handstand flat backs, back hip circles L holds, straddle swings, German hangs, round offs, flex arm hang, and bridge kick overs. Trampoline and Tumbl Trak skills are still important (and fun!) in the Boys Basic Two class. This class is offered for gymnasts 6-18 years old and requires a skill evaluation before joining the class.

Athletes in the Boys Basic Three class continue learning awesome gymnastics skills…handsprings and flips, swings and circles. Gymnasts continue to develop strength and flexibility as well.

Girls Pre-Team

Byers Pre-Team program for girls focuses on transitioning from a recreational program to a competitive one.  This is a program for girls who want to increase their skills enough to make the competitive team.  Gymnasts in the pre-team program have passed the necessary skill requirements and continue to increase their skills, strength, flexibility, focus and discipline in the pre-team class.

Schedule – Classes are offered Monday through Saturday for your convenience.
