Byers Gymnastics offers exciting preschool programs designed to support both physical and mental development for children ages 3 to 5. Our Tots and Toddler Time classes focus on movement, balance, and playful exploration, while Kindergym introduces more advanced skills in a fun and supportive environment. With classes available every day at multiple locations, it is easy to find a time that fits your schedule.
Pre-School Class Information
Tots – Age 3:
A fun-filled class designed for three-year-olds to develop coordination and balance through activities like bouncing on the trampoline, jumping in the pit, balancing on the beam, and swinging from the bars.
We offer two options: Parent Participation Class, where a parent joins in, and an independent class with just the teacher and students.
Toddler Time:
Held exclusively at our Rocklin location, this class runs on Fridays from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM, providing a playful and structured environment for young gymnasts.
Kindergym 1 – Ages 4-6, including 1st grade
A beginner-friendly class where children learn fundamental gymnastics skills like rolls, cartwheels, and kickovers while building strength, flexibility, and coordination.
Kindergym 2/3 – Ages 4-6, including 1st grade:
An advanced class designed for gymnasts ready to progress beyond the basics. A staff evaluation is required for enrollment.
