Rocklin offers a developmental gymnastics program focused on building the strength, skills, discipline, and confidence athletes need for future competitive opportunities.
Roseville
Roseville offers Xcel competitive gymnastics, helping gymnasts continue building strength, confidence, and technical skills through team training and competition.
Citrus Heights
Citrus Heights offers Xcel competitive gymnastics for athletes ready to train, grow, and compete in a supportive team environment.
About Our Team
Byers Gymnastics Centers has a competitive team starting at level 3 and continuing through level 10. We also provide an Xcel program for Bronze and Silver at our Citrus Heights location. There are currently eight Byers Alumni competing in college in either Gymnastics or Acrobatics and Tumbling and our team has been ranked third in Northern California for the past 2016-2019. We pride ourselves on having a program where the athletes are confident, happy, and successful.
Competitions
Byers Gymnastics competes in approximately five to seven competitions for each competitive season. Level 3 to level 5 compete on chosen weekends from August to November. Competitions are located in the Northern California area with a final State Championships in November. Xcel Bronze and Silver compete in local competitions from January to April. Level 7 to Level 10 athletes start their competitive season in January and continue through April or May. Competitions at this level can travel anywhere in the country for two or three of the meets and finish with Regional Championships in April for level 7 and Level 8, Western Championships in May for Level 9, and National Championships in May for Level 10. Byers Gymnastics is the only gym in Norther California to compete at National championships consecutively for the past 11 years.
